Sometimes this disease can be so awful, life doesn’t seem like living. I can relate and have tried to take my own life many times. None of the times were successful. There was a larger purpose for me and for you, my friends ❤️

Hi there, my name is, Katherine Howard. I created this page to help those that are suffering with any form of Irritable Bowel Disease and/ or have an ileostomy or colostomy. I have had Crohn’s Disease for 30 years. This disease has touched my life in a very personal way. At one point it almost stole my heart and soul. I slowly climbed my way out of the darkest days of my life with the support of some amazing family, friends and proffesionals. I am also a Registered Nurse. I created this page to offer my support and guidance to those who are suffering, seek guidance, knowledge and assistance in any way. I will offer my personal experience from the heart ❤️ There is always light in the darkness.
