We've got a new line up of Kava!
Gor Gor Basal + Lateral: This rare strain from the island of Ambrym offers a smooth sip with notes of fresh green, star anise, and pepper. Mount Benbow and Marum, the island’s active volcanoes, keep the soil rich, leading to a higher lactone content. Locals of Ambrym call it “Morning Fresh” due to its balance of heady and heavy effects. This kava is great for any time of day.
Puariki: This very rare strain is harvested on the island of Tongoa. Although it has a smaller root ball, its quality does not lack. Puariki is incredibly smooth—almost buttery. It’s great for clearing the mind and boosting your mood, making it perfect for those days when life is kicking your butt.
Palarasul basal : Ahh, the ch*****ne of kava. This variety is a rare treat from the island of Espiritu Santo. Its distinct yellow leaves set it apart from the rest. Smooth and creamy, with notes of cashew and mild pepper, this kava will slap a smile on your face. The perfect conversation starter, it will turn you into a social butterfly.
Borogu Basal + Lateral: Borogu is a not-so-rare strain, but it remains a fan favorite. It is found all over Vanuatu, though this particular farm is located in northern Pentecost. It tastes like kava—the peppery bite you know and love. Our lateral brew is on the heavier side, while our basal offers a more balanced experience and a milder bite.
We will be rotating these strains throught the week, saving the more rare strains for the weekend. As kava prices coninue to increase with the shortage we plan to keep our prices consisten, though some of these strains are on the pricier side we cannot serve them on deal day. Malo.
