We were honored to be a part of celebrating the Ukrainian Institute of America’s 78th birthday.

For the event, Seth made a 5-layer vanilla butter cake with dark chocolate fudge between each layer, then coated with a dark chocolate fudge glaze.

Seth decorated the cake by hand with a line drawing (in frosting) of the beautiful Fletcher-Sinclair house, home of the UIA and a National Historic Landmark building.

The Ukrainian Institute has been building bridges since 1948 that link Ukraine’s unique culture with the world.
