✨ A little piece of my story… ✨
What started as a little hobby in the kitchen with my grandmas has turned into something I never imagined.
Growing up, I loved baking with them, and now both of the KitchenAids they used have been passed down to me. (Well… one was passed down. The other required bribing my older brother 😂.) Every time I turn them on, it feels like I’m carrying a little piece of those memories with me.
I started making cake pops simply for fun, but somewhere along the way it became my passion, my craft, and eventually my business. I genuinely love investing back into it—new tools, new ideas, new techniques—because creating is one of my favorite things.
And you all have trusted me to make THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of cake pops. That still blows my mind.
I started taking custom orders in May of 2023 when I was at job and felt like I was barely getting by, on top of bartending every weekend. Fast Forward to October of 2025, I accepted a position with the school corporation. It came with a pay cut from the full-time job I had before, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what was next.
Then came my CAKE POP POP-UP SHOP.
Inspired by those adorable farm stands, I transformed my porch into a self-serve setup with a climate-controlled fridge. Around that same time, I introduced my signature style cake pops using cutters from a small company in Ohio—and somehow, things just took off. ❤️
And I absolutely could not do this without my husband.
He works in operations at a food plant, so behind the scenes he has become my right-hand man. He’s in charge of packaging, labeling, and sometimes… HE BAKES THE CAKES. 🤣
He knows the ingredients by heart. He can condense the cakes, roll them, cut them, and pretty much do everything…
Except decorate. He sometimes says “Baked By Scott and Dipped/Decorated by Brenna” 🤣☠️
We all know better than that. We’ll leave the pretty stuff to me. 😂🎨
One thing I hope everyone knows is how much I truly LOVE my customers. 🤍
If I have the time, I will bend over backwards to make things happen. There have been plenty of times I’ve accepted orders with just a ONE DAY NOTICE because I know life gets busy, celebrations pop up unexpectedly.
Outside of Baked by Brenna, I’m also a full-time working mom to two little girls, balancing school hours, custom orders, porch pop-ups, attending A MILLION Pilates classes 🤣
Life is busy. It’s messy. It’s exhausting sometimes.
But it’s also beautiful.
And every order, every like, every share, every porch pop-up stop, and every person who chooses my little business means more than you’ll ever know.
Thank you for allowing this hobby that started in my grandmas’ kitchens to become something so much bigger.
From the bottom of my heart—
Thank you for supporting my little dream. 🤍
