š IMPORTANT SERVICE UPDATE FROM TWILIGHT TAKEOUT š
To our amazing late-night community,
We have made the difficult decision to pause our operations and will be CLOSED this week, from August 20th through August 26th. Recently, we have been dealing with severe, ongoing service issues with our third-party delivery provider (NASH/DoorDash). Unfortunately, drivers are repeatedly failing to pick up deliveries on time.
As a small business, we simply cannot sustain the financial hit of refunding late orders that are entirely out of our control. But more importantly, our biggest priority is you. We care deeply about our food reaching you hot, fresh, and exactly how it left our grill. Right now, this delivery issue is preventing us from providing the high-quality late-night fuel you expect and deserve.
What we are doing to fix this:
We are actively working with NASH to resolve these routing issues on their end. At the same time, we are aggressively working on hiring a new, dedicated in-house Twilight driver so we can take back control of your delivery experience and ensure your food gets to you fast.
We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support as we navigate this roadblock. We refuse to compromise on the quality of your food, and we will be back next week, fully ready to serve you right.
We will also be using this time to update our menu and streamline our website and Door Dash site to make ordering easier.
