What started as a dream has turned into five years of coffee, conversations, friendships, long days, laughter, growth, and a whole lot of support from this community.

Our neighbors are having some work done. Turn down by Petro Deli to swing through here on Wednesday!

1st Terrace will be temporarily closed north of the Library on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 6:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to allow for the placement of concrete in support of the Parking Lot Rehabilitation Project. Please use Olive Street to access the businesses in 712 First Terrace or Lansing Lane to access City Hall and the Lansing Library.
