Our Owner was born, raised and continues to raise his family in the Eastern PA and Delaware area. After a long career of leading a few large local companies he developed a passion for both food and service. Time on the road across this country allowed him to see the best and worst of the restaurant industry. His restaurants are based on a concept with a basic philosophy: give great food and excell
ent service while making each guest know we are here to please them. Ensuring that each guest is 100% satisfied 100% of the time proves to be a challenging yet worthy endeavor. We are proud to be able to provide such an experience at each of our 4 restaurants in the areas which we have spent a lifetime calling home. Our four locally owned and operated restaurants are driven by the mission “of doing it the right way” through which we have established ourselves as a premier destination in each of our markets. Our friendly, motivated, and sincere staff has created a lasting relationship with each guest they encounter. Since the opening of our first restaurant in Reading, PA (Austin’s Restaurant & Bar) we have added the J.B. Dawson’s Restaurant and Bar namesake (same quality…different name) to Langhorne & Lancaster PA. We remain focused on evolving our company to meet the continued needs of you, our guest. Finding better ingredients, new recipes, and increased dedication and training ensures that we will always be here to satisfy our many loyal and ever growing guests!
