There is a lot happening on this plate today. It kind of looks like the garden exploded on it, but the flavors are so incredible we just couldn’t wait to share!

We are highlighting some of our absolute favorite Southern heritage ingredients and local farms on this spectacular feature dish, including Manchester Farms Quail, Anson Mills Rice, and Goodnight Brothers Country Ham. But that is just the beginning!
