☕️ We’re still hiring! ☕️

We’ve gotten a few great new people recently, but we are SO busy and still need more help at both Lander Coffee Co and Lander Bake Shop!

We have both part-time and full-time hours available and are looking for people who are kind, reliable, hardworking, and great with customers.

You do need to be available for a minimum of 4-hour shifts during the work day.

Experience is always great, but we’re happy to train the right person!

Summer is winding down, our college kids are heading back to school, and we are hiring!

We are looking for friendly, hardworking baristas who are highly customer service oriented, along with dependable dishwashers and support staff for both the bake shop and drive-thru.

Providing consistently excellent customer service is one of our most important goals, so our front-facing team members need to genuinely enjoy helping people and making customers feel welcome.

Applicants must be available to work shifts of at least four hours during regular weekday daytime hours.

We work hard, support each other, and have a lot of fun. Experience is helpful, but a great attitude and strong work ethic matter most.
