And finally we have Addi! 💚

Addi is the last of our OG crew from when we first opened, which makes this post feel extra special. She has been here through so many versions of the coffee shop, and has helped shape a lot of what it is today.

Over the last three years, Addi has been a lead barista, helped improve and evolve systems, led the way on some of your favorite drink specials, and genuinely cared about the success of her coworkers and our business. We can always count on her to not just to do things well, but to notice what could be better and help make it happen.

Addi’s also been here for plenty of the funny little coffee shop moments along the way, including her first summer when she and Kyndal would watch Love Island on the iPads. 😅

After graduation, Addi is headed to Northeast Community College in Nebraska, where she’ll pursue a degree in Nursing and play soccer. Eventually, she hopes to become a Nurse Practitioner. She’s excited to keep playing soccer and doing what she loves, but nervous to be far from her family and leave her friends.

We’re so grateful Addi has been part of our story from the very beginning, and we can’t wait to cheer her on in this next chapter.

Next up is Liv! 💙

Liv has been part of our team for the last two years. She worked hard to earn her role as a lead barista this last year and has been such an important part of our speedy weekday morning crew. When Liv is at the shop, we know we can count on her to help keep the shift running smoothly.

She’s hardworking, kind, silly, and always good for nonstop talking and cracking jokes. She’s also become a friendly face over at the bake shop, where we’ve loved getting to have her help too.

Some of her favorite memories include scooping acai with Ellee and somehow getting it all over themselves and the walls, and Ellee accidentally dumping recycling water all over herself. Which makes it even more impressive (or crazy! 😂) that Liv has dared to show up to work in white pants more than once.

After graduation, Liv is headed to the University of Lincoln to study physical therapy and athletic training. She’s excited to meet new people, experience a new place, and start this next chapter.

Next up in our senior lineup is Betsy!

Betsy has been part of our team this last year, and we’ve really loved having her here. She has a calm, steady presence in the shop, works hard, and has a dry sense of humor that makes her super fun to work with.

One thing Betsy has enjoyed about working at the coffee shop is getting to meet people around town and make drinks for them. Her coworkers describe her as fun, creative, and energetic, and she’s been such a solid part of our team. Betsy has also seamlessly joined the bake shop crew, and we’ve loved getting to have her in both places.

After graduation, Betsy is headed to UW to study Geologic Engineering. She’s excited to spend more time with her sister, meet new people, and start this next chapter.

Next up is Hayden!

Hayden has only been with us a few months, but she’s been such a joy to have in the shop. She’s hardworking, fun to be around, and brings a really easy, happy energy to the team.

One of Hayden’s favorite parts of working at the coffee shop has been getting to work with her coworkers and build better friendships with them. Her coworkers describe her as funny, and she’s definitely brought that fun energy into the shop.

After graduation, Hayden is headed to Miles City Community College, where she’ll play basketball and major in nursing. She’s excited for this next chapter because she gets to travel, keep playing the sport she loves, and work toward her dream job.

We’re so glad we got to have Hayden on our team for a short time, and we are excited to cheer her for her next adventrure.

Next up in our senior drink lineup is Ava! ☀️

Ava started at the coffee shop just a few months ago, but somehow it feels like she’s been here much longer. She jumped right in, started covering shifts, helping with support tasks, and really taking ownership of her role on the team.

Between school, sports, her job at the Ice House, and joining our crew, Ava has had a lot on her plate this semester, but she fit in to our team seamlessly. She has a presence as bright and sunny as this photo, and her coworkers describe her as sweet AND clumsy, which feels pretty spot on for our shop. 😂

One of Ava’s favorite things about working here has been that even when things do not go as planned, everyone just takes it as it comes and keeps the day fun.

After graduation, Ava is headed to Dickinson State University, where she’ll study Children’s Psychology and be part of the volleyball, indoor track, and outdoor track teams. She’s excited to keep pursuing her passions somewhere new, but nervous to be farther away from home, her teams, and her family and friends.

We’re so glad we got to have Ava on our team, even for a short time, before she heads off to her next exciting chapter.

It’s our favorite time of year, when we get to celebrate our graduating seniors! First up in our senior drink lineup is Breana! 💙 She’s been part of our drive-thru crew since January, and even though she’s only been with us a few months, she’s been such a bright and lovely addition to the team.

Breana brings a funny, laidback energy to her shifts and has fit right in with the team from the start. She’s kind, easygoing, and always willing to take feedback and jump right back in with a smile, which we appreciate so much.

Her favorite memory from working here is accidentally squirting cherry syrup on Riley Spiess’ toes during closing, leaving her with sweet, sticky toes for the rest of the night. 😂

After graduation, Breana is headed to Dawson Community College in Glendive, Montana, where she’ll play basketball and study Criminal Justice and Forensics. She’s most nervous about being away from her family and her dog, Magic, but we’re so excited to see this next chapter unfold for her.
