Long Post! Sorry for the long story.
2026 is going to be a special year for Brisket Love BBQ. Firstly, I am taking a leap of faith and reducing my present role in my 9-5. So come April we ll be planning to be out every Thursday serving Lunch. If your business would like to get on the calendar please reach out. Planning to be out till the fall if things work out. Secondly, I spent about a week in the great state of Texas and I am planning to incorporate a few things from their menus. Expect to see smoked turkey breast more regularly and pork ribs at some of the larger events. We may even delve into the dessert world with delightful bread pudding. Thirdly, after seeing the offerings in Texas we are working on incorporating more combos for 2026. Lastly, some good news for everyone, we’ll be adjusting our pricing this year to be more customer friendly. We can’t wait to serve you!
