Just a reminder we open at 7am with:

To ensure the safety of standholders and patrons The Lancaster Central Market will close early this Friday and Saturday at 11:00 AM due to the extreme heat forecast.

Because our stand primarily serves the lunch crowd starting at 10AM, operating during these brief hours is unfortunately not feasible. We will be taking this time to rest and enjoy the holiday.

We look forward to welcoming you back when we reopen on Tuesday, July 7th. Stay safe and cool!

Early market shoppers take advantage!! This weekends microwaveable meals are:

“Pollo guisado con arroz blanco”
Boneless chicken w/ potatoes & carrots stewed in that delicious sofrito broth served w/ white rice.

And of course our roast pork & yellow rice w/ pigeon peas COMBO

Also in our refrigerated display case are my signature side salads:

Hey ya’ll! A small change at the stand Lancaster Central Market. Unfortunately my last refrigeration unit broke down 😩 BUT! I replaced it with this beauty! A larger refrigerated display case to hold more cold items!! With that said, I will be offering microwaveable meals for those early morning market shoppers!!!

This weekends SPECIAL- I have pastelón & yellow rice with pigeon peas (PR lasagna-seasoned ground beef layered w/ sweet plantains) along our classic roast pork & rice combo!

As usual we have our side salads:
-Latin style chickpea salad
-Black bean & corn salad
-Macaroni salad
-Potato salad

Desserts:
-Flan
-Coconut cheesecake
-Guava cheesecake

Stop in & get that DELICIOUS

We have plenty of options like our “Signature” 3 pc. meal the
“Combo meal” & we even offer a “Mini meal” for our smaller eaters!

Choose from:

-Pernil (roast pork)
-Pollo al horno (baked chicken)
-Arroz con gandules (yellow rice w/pigeon peas
-Arroz blanco (white rice)
-Habichuelas guisadas (stewed beans)
-Yuca (cassava)
