As we work on finally getting our second location open, we keep hearing the same thing…

“Your sandos are too big to scale.”

So we listened. 😭😂

What do you think, Sassy fam? Are we switching to mini sandos? 👀🐔

09/07/2026

I’d post exactly this:

Y’all voted. The flock won! 👑🐔

Turns out nobody wanted to work anyway. 😭😂

Closed for Labor Day. See y’all tomorrow.

09/07/2026

Sassy fam, we have a dilemma… 😭

It’s Labor Day tomorrow. The crew wants the day off. Y’all probably want chicken. 😂

Who wins? 👀

🥴?

Management says we’re using too much sauce and doing too much. Thoughts? 👀

⏰ 11am-11pm

Be honest… what’s the most important part of a chicken sandwich? 👀

Chicken? Slaw? Pickles? Sassy Dip? Bun?

Choose ONE.

Farmers Market tonight on the BLVD. 👑🐔

⏰ 11am-8pm

This is the woman responsible for all of this. 😭🙌🏽

Calls. Messages. She refused to let Buffalo Lemon Pepper die.

But you don’t mess with a pregnant woman and her cravings… so we had to make it happen. 🦬🍋🌶️😂

Of course, her first one was on us. ❤️

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨Sassy Fam John’s lunch just made it official. 😭

🍋🌶️🦬 LEMON PEPPER BUFFALO IS BACK.

Y’all can stop harassing us now 😂

09/01/2026

Who’s got the Cheeto plug? We got a problem. 😭🔥

09/01/2026

🚨🚨🚨 Big announcement Sassy Fam!

We’d like to officially welcome our newest investor to Sassy Bird.

First order of business: Bakersfield.

If that goes well, Palmdale is next.

Welcome to the flock. 🤝👑

08/31/2026

I’m gonna need more Cheetos than that.. what do you think Sassy Fam?

⏰ 11am-8pm

08/30/2026

Sassy Fam what absolutely DOES NOT belong in a breakfast burrito?

⏰ 11am-8pm

08/29/2026

SASSY FAM Y’ALL HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS. 😭

Calls. DMs. Requests at the register. Apparently this sauce is missed!

🦬🍋🌶️ BUFFALO LEMON PEPPER

We went back through the archives and… yeah. We get it.

Should we bring it back? 👀

08/29/2026

This feels unnecessary. We did it anyway. Officially on the menu. Cheetah dust free all weekend long 🔥🐔

08/25/2026

Sassy fam.. Should we call the cops if someone asks for hot Cheeto dust on our loaded? Or you’re adding it to your fries? 🤔🐔
