Only the best ingredients are used here at SGC!! I prefer boneless, skinless Halal Chicken thighs! Most Vietnamese places used chicken breast. Not us here!

I had a customer ordered 1 pound of filet mignon steak. I don’t know if you can tell but that is a lot of beef!! 😝

If you notice my grilled pork bánh mì is different from 5 years ago. First my grilled pork is actually grilled so you would taste this char/smokey flavored. Paired with this secret sauce, it’s a must have! You guys have to come try it. I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

One and only in this area. Even Philly and NYC don’t have this! What makes this unique is, it comes with my own Au Jus dipping sauce. No, I did not cheat and used pho broth. Pho broth is not dark and thìck like this.
