Just gonna add a quick edit because I can’t be bothered replying to all the people seething. But like cmon guys be so for real, I had a customer note that made me giggle and clearly other people thought the same. It is really not that serious.

Oh and to all the people basically blaming the workers for not being trained properly, who do you think is deciding to not train people properly? The people who are being trained? Stop licking corporate boot and take a loot at yourself for a minute lol. Please show me this magical woolies where you can supply literally only perfect goods to

Bought poultry 10 days past expiration today
Like an idiot, I did not check expiration while buying this two hours ago, planning to make lunch for my toddler. Publix finally lost me.

EDIT: I don't care about the few dollar refund, I didn't check the expiration because I was in a rush to cook lunch for my kid before his nap, and this situation caused massive inconvenience. Even with that, I would not have posted if it was few days past expiration, but TEN DAYS is outrageous.

Location was Shoppes at Woolbright.

Does Publix still make these? Last time I found these was over six years ago at a few stores in South Florida. They are so good. I’ve tried making copycats, but I haven’t found a recipe that tastes like the Publix version. (Photo found on FB)
