🚧✨ Quick Renovation Update 🥪❤️

We are getting closer and closer to the finish line! Our final inspection is scheduled for September 1st, and we are so excited to see everything coming together.

The progress so far:

✅ All drywall is up
✅ Mudding-sanding the compound smooth and getting walls ready with primer are complete
✅ Plumbing is completely finished
✅ Electrical is completed, with just the ceiling area waiting for inspection
✅ Once that area is inspected, we can finish covering it with drywall above the counter

And now… we’re ready to start painting! 🎨🙌

It’s been a long journey, but every day we get one step closer to opening the doors. We can’t wait to bring The Original Ricci’s Deli to the community! 🥪

Ricci’s Deli Renovation Update 🎉

Hello everyone! Another exciting update on the Ricci’s Deli renovations and inspections!
Today, we received some great news—we passed our framing, and electrical inspections! 🎉 There are just a few minor electrical adjustments to take care of, but overall, this is a huge step forward!

We still have plenty of drywall to complete, along with the HVAC work, installing the sinks and flooring but we are working hard every single day to get our doors open as soon as possible. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and support, and we apologize for the delays along the way. ❤️
Our next major step will be the final inspection, which will bring us even closer to knowing our official opening date and, most importantly, when we can finally announce our Grand Opening! 🎊🥪
Thank you all for continuing to follow and support Ricci’s Deli. We can’t wait to welcome you through our doors soon! 🙏❤️

Renovation Update! 🥪
Hi everyone! Just a quick update on The Original Ricci’s Hoagies renovation project.
We’re excited to share that the plumbing( Hot & Cold) electrical, and framing are almost complete! Next week, we’re looking forward to wrapping up those final items so we can move on to the next inspection.
After that, we’ll begin installing the drywall, HVAC system, and lighting—Let’s start looking like a deli! 🥖🥬🍅

Spent the day on Callowhill Street in Philadelphia I got behind the deli counter, learning firsthand how the hoagies are made. I watched the daily meats and cheeses being freshly sliced and had the opportunity to build a delicious Old-Fashioned Italian with all the classic condiments.
I brought it back to our new upcoming location in Downtown Lancaster for Marcus to enjoy, and it made us even more excited for what’s coming soon!!
Every day we’re learning, preparing, and getting one step closer to opening our doors at The Original Ricci’s Hoagies – Lancaster. We can’t wait to serve you authentic, old-fashioned Philadelphia hoagies made with quality ingredients and care.

🎉 Big Milestone for Ricci’s Hoagies Lancaster! 🎉
Our final plumbing inspection has officially been approved! ✅
This is exciting news and a huge step forward in our renovation. We’re officially one step closer to opening our doors and serving the Lancaster community!
A huge shout-out to T-Bones Concrete for helping us get started as quickly as possible. 👏
