We recently catered the Clark Annual Party at Penn Medicine Park , bringing a full seafood experience to the celebration—including a custom sushi display that spelled out “Clark” using the sushi itself. Talk about making an entrance! 💃

Alongside the display, guests enjoyed a live oyster shucking station, fresh seasonal oysters, shrimp cocktail, colossal crab cocktail, and an extensive sushi bar featuring everything from California rolls to rainbow rolls and shrimp tempura.

A big crowd calls for a big menu—and this one brought plenty to the table. 🥂

Food has always been one of our favorite ways to bring people together—and through TFB Cares, we get to take that a little further. ❤️

Recently, our team had the opportunity to cater for the Manheim Marching Band, providing a meal for the students and team behind the scenes.

TFB Cares is our community nourishment initiative, created to help provide meals and support to organizations doing meaningful work throughout our community. From student groups to local nonprofits and community organizations, we’re proud to use what we do best—food and hospitality—to give back.

A beautiful fall wedding at The Stone Mill 1792 , with a menu made for the season. 🤍

Cocktail hour started with:
🧀Baked Brie & Blackberry Phyllo Bites
🍄‍🟫 Parmesan Truffle Tater Tot Cups
🌶️ Sweet & Spicy BBQ Meatballs

Cocktail hour was followed by a hearty dinner buffet featuring:
🍋 Lemon Pepper Chicken
🥩 Braised Short Rib
🥔 Mashed Potatoes
🌾 Wild Rice Pilaf
🥕 Seasonal vegetables.

And because the celebration doesn’t have to end with dinner, we sent guests home with a late-night Pierogi Bar. 🥟

From cocktail hour to the last bite, we love being part of the moments that make a wedding weekend unforgettable.

For this beautiful celebration at Mount Hope Winery, we created a menu filled with seasonal flavors, elevated favorites, and fun touches for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

A few highlights? Parmesan Truffle Tater Tot Cups, Pork Belly Bites with Pickled Salmon, Grilled Flank Steak with vibrant chimichurri, and an attended ice cream sundae bar to end the night. 🍦
