💎🍍 La Joya Más Piña

One pineapple’s trash is another cocktail’s treasure.

This cocktail is crafted with tepache, made from the parts of the pineapple that usually get left behind: the peels, leaves, and cores. This cocktail proves there’s still a little magic hiding in the scraps.

Fermented and transformed in-house, then poured for you. Enjoy it before summer leaves us!
