Welcome IRONBEER to the table! On a Summer’s afternoon, in 1917, a mule-drain, scooden wagon arrived at a popular cafeteria in Havana, Cuba. It delivered the first four cases of a new soft drink that would soon be called
“The National Beverage.”
Now, more than 80 years later, IRONBEER is still enjoyed for its refreshing flavor with just a hint of island spices. A lot can change over the
years- but not the original flavor of IRONBEER!

I am delighted to welcome you to my new space where I’ll be sharing the Cuban flavors of my ancestors. Let us begin this new chapter together!

Come one, come all as I begin to open our doors in the historic town of Lambertville! Join me this Sunday, May 3rd from 12:00pm - 2:00pm for the ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor Andrew Nowick, family, friends, the community of Lambertville, and all of those who made this dream possible. I couldn’t have done it without you! Every order, every like, it means the world to me! So from the bottom of my heart….Thank You!!!
