TODAY'S TEA TOMORROW: #712 MANGO MATE

#712 MANGO MATE has a lot of flavor, but whe turning it into a cocktail, we want to highlight the unique flavors.

~Fresh mango puree or chunks (about 1.5–2 oz) for sweetness and body
~ #712 MANGO MATE (1–2 teaspoons loose leaf or 1 small bag) steeped in hot water, then cooled
~Soda water or ginger beer for effervescence and balance
~Optional spirits: white rum, tequila, or gin for a boozy twist
~Citrus: lime or lemon juice for acidity
~Sweetener: simple syrup or agave if desired
~Garnish: mango slice, mint sprig, or a small mate leaf

In a shaker or blender, combine mango puree, lime juice, and a splash of soda water.

Add cooled mate tea infusion (or steeped mate leaves) for the herbal note.

Shake or blend until smooth.

Strain into a chilled glass over ice.

Top with more soda water or ginger beer for a fizzy finish.

Garnish with a mango slice and a mint sprig.

We compost our tea leaves after we made a cup for you. All our teas come from small family farms. They are all GMO Free; many are organic. We care for our plant...we hope you do as well.
