Braise North is in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel! 📰

We’re pretty excited that our Northwoods adventure made the news!

Taking Dave’s Braise concept north to Lakewood four years ago - a special place that has been a part of Rebecca’s entire life - has been a fun adventure. We’re incredibly grateful for the amazing Braise North team members who have supported us, jumped in, and helped bring this idea to life.

And to everyone who has stopped in - traveling from near or far - grabbed a coffee and market bun, joined us for dinner, tried something new, told a friend, or cheered us on… thank you! ❤️ What a great community we get to be part of.

We’re fortunate to get to do what we do in this beautiful part of the state - a place that holds and creates wonderful memories for us and for so many others.

Thank you for being part of the Braise North story. And a big THANK YOU to Dining Critic Rachel Bernhard for happening upon us and featuring us in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel!

We’re proud to give many of our team members their very first job - and Kaylin is a great example! Now in her second year with us, she’s recruited friends to join the team and is absolutely knocking it out of the park.

One of the best parts of what we do is watching our team grow in their confidence, and expand their knowledge in customer service, hospitality, and food & beverage from the beginning of summer to the end. These are skills and experiences they’ll carry with them long after their time at Braise North.🫶
