One of the staples of our menu, our smoked pork spareribs are hit with an in-house dry rub that is savory with a little kick of heat on the backend.

Smoked over red oak for 4-5 hours and then finished off with a honey butter glaze, these tender juicy ribs slap!! šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„

We are absolutely THRILLED to announce that Joey ā€œRoosterā€ Cardenas, one of the most respected OGā€™s of the SoCal BBQ scene, will be joining the pit crew of at this years !!

Rooster not only builds some of the most bad a$$ pits and cookers aroundā€¦he throws down some damn good BBQ on them too!!!

After laying low from the scene for a minute, heā€™s making a comeback with his brand .pit.co and his first big cook will be goin down alongside us at this years Fest May 23-24 at Rainbow Lagoon!!!
