Today we’re celebrating Kathy and everything she does for Cafe 51. As her daughter, I may be a little biased, but I can honestly say that working alongside her has been one of the greatest blessings.

She’s not only an amazing mom and gigi, but also an incredible boss, mentor, and friend to so many people.

Without her vision, determination, and countless hours of work, Cafe 51 simply wouldn’t be what it is today.

Appreciation post to Tom’s better half, Renda(sorry Tom)

If you come in to Cafe 51 you may not see her because she is working hard in the back to make sure you all have clean dishes to eat on. I tease her that I bet she never dreamed she’d be washing dishes in her retirement 🤣

When she isn’t washing dishes she is blending our wonderful Segreto cheese. If you haven’t tried it, you need to! Come in and ask for our cheese garlic bread or our Cafe 51 salad. We also have it on a few sandwiches. The Chicken ala Kathy is also a great dish to enjoy with it.

New. Menu Item…

Zucchini Blossom appetizer. It is lighted breaded and flash fried stuffed with a ricotta cheese blend and served with Tom’s red sauce. It’s been loved by those who have tried it….soooo we are making adding it to our menu 🔥🔥

I got to sit down and have dinner and be a customer tonight. Here is my honest review….BEST DINNER EVER!!
I had the pear salad with charbroiled chicken. It was cooked to perfection. It’s made with our house made lemon Dijon dressing. I had them add a little bit of segreto and it was delish. You have to try the pear salad with the charbroiled chicken!!
Bill had the Meatloaf special and he said it was amazing then proceeded to eat a ton of Kaces fries 😆
Kace and Emery (my grand children) loved every bite of their hand breaded chicken tenders and fries!

The cherry on top was the gooey butter cake 😊

Thank you to the kitchen for preparing delicious food and my server for taking good care of us!

The atmosphere was delightful and now my new favorite restaurant to eat at 😆 for real 😁

Today we’re celebrating Tom and all the things that make him special! One of Tom’s favorite ways to spend his birthday is doing what he loves most….cooking for others and sharing great food with everyone who stops by.
