Customers: “You don’t open early enough!”

Us: “The numbers don’t support us opening earlier.”

Customers: “Open at 7am and we will come!”

Us, begrudgingly: “Fine. We will try it for a few weeks.”

Did they come? No. No, they did not. We gave it a go for a few weeks, but starting Oct 5th we are back to opening at 8am.

TOTAL profit from 7-8 over the last 3 weeks: $79.50
Labor costs: $314
Net profit: -$234.75

Now, when people complain about our hours, we can let them know we tried.

Snow updates!

The Greatest Snow (circus cookie snow) will be back tomorrow evening

Sugar-free snows are all restocked: strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, and a new SF hazelnut snow.

We are very excited for our haunted house craft night tomorrow!

I know a few people wanted to attend but didn’t get tickets quickly enough, and there were some who couldn’t make it and wanted to sell their tickets.

Feel free to comment below if you’re looking for tickets or selling.

Have you ever taken a bite of our snow and thought, “I wish I was making bread right now?”

Me either, but we are hosting a “Focaccia After Dark Workshop” with Toast of the Town Bakery Oct 22nd.

At this class you’ll learn to make spooky sourdough + go home with a starter so you can continue to make sourdough and wow all your friends with how much better you are than them now.

While cleaning today, we found a green debit card. There is a name on the back, but we have no way of contacting this person. If it’s yours, just let us know your name and we will make sure to get it back to you!

(We also found a wallet last night, separate from this card!)

We are glad everyone has enjoyed “The Greatest Snow,” our circus cookie animal snow.

We sold out, but we will bring it back next week for a few more days so everyone gets the chance to try it.
