Daisy Doolin. Hell of a name. Hell of a mess.

A nod to Daisy Dean Doolin, mother of Fritos inventor Charles Elmer Doolin and credited by Texans with creating Frito pie in 1930s San Antonio. We took that chili-and-corn-chip trouble and put it between buns.

Two patties of fresh beef, ground fresh every week, smashed hard and hot for crisp edges and a juicy center. New School American Cheese American Cheese, house chili, chipotle crema, pico de gallo, and Fritos on a buttered, toasted potato bun.
