The chef's special of the sea bass and shrimp in a champagne lemon crème sauce is an excellent choice. Chef Kevin loves to hear your feedback.
It is a unique and delightful request to have the herb sauteed brussels sprouts on the side with some of our roasted garlic butter! I MUST try that.

Which of these Sweet Choices would you request? These two creamy delicious gluten free desserts in individualized ramekins are HIDDEN GEMS at Bay Street Bistro. You won't see them on our dessert bar due to the need for consistent cool temps and need for extra preparation for you. Since you are now in the KNOW, your request will be prepared for you personally.
- Chocolate Ganache is topped with whipped cream made in house and fresh local fruit.
- Crème brûlée on which the top will be torched to a perfectly caramelized brittle glassy crust.

Our little lamb chops like to dress up too!
With a nice fitted textured herb crust to hug the body,
and a flowing jacket highlighting colors of tomato and Dijon mustard cream. And, as always, it is best with completed with the most remarkable taste.
Best for formal or informal gatherings... very versatile!

No need for a runway, this is one for a hands on experience. Come on in and try it on for size. I think you'll find it is JUST RIGHT!
