Today, a customer was walking out with her pizza and accidentally dropped the whole pie upside down in the box.

She picked it up quick and told us it was fine. It definitely wasn’t 😬 so we remade it for her anyway.

Was it our fault? Nope. But sometimes things happen, and if we can reasonably make something right, we will.

Moral of the story… if you ever have an issue, a miscommunication, a concern, or something just doesn’t seem right, contact the owner. We’re not perfect, but we strive towards it. We care about our customers and we’ll always do our best to take care of you.
