✨ A Little Business Update ✨
First, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported my little business, placed orders, recommended me to friends and family, or simply cheered me on along the way. It truly means more to me than you know. ❤️
With the continued increase in the cost of groceries, ingredients, supplies, packaging, and pretty much everything that goes into creating your orders, I have made the difficult decision to update my menu and pricing.
I have always wanted to keep my prices as affordable as possible because I understand that things are expensive right now. However, continuing to absorb these rising costs has reached a point where it is no longer sustainable for my business. I love what I do, and I want to continue creating beautiful and delicious things for you, but I also need to make sure the business is actually profitable and worth the time, energy, and supplies that go into every order.
This is not me stepping away from my business. It is me redesigning it in a way that is healthier, more sustainable, and allows me to continue doing something I genuinely love. ❤️
I have also made a few changes to my ordering process. Beginning with new orders, each customer will receive an order agreement to review and sign. This simply helps make sure that we both have a clear understanding of the order, payment schedule, allergies, pickup/delivery details, care instructions, and other important terms before the order is finalized. Once an order leaves my care, the agreement will also clarify responsibilities for the proper handling, storage, transportation, and consumption of the items.
I know price increases are never fun, and I truly appreciate your understanding. I will continue doing my best to provide beautiful, high-quality work while keeping things as reasonable as I can.
For larger orders, I am also happy to offer personal payment installment options so that the full cost does not have to be paid all at once. ❤️
