The Terrace Grille is Lakeland's prominent upscale dining location for all generations to gather and celebrate, located in the historic Terrace Hotel Lakeland, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. kitchen features Florida's freshest flavors, taking cues from our restaurant's design inspired by the lush gardens and vibrant hues of citrus groves nearby ingredients. One of the highlights of our menu is the selection of locally grown citrus and wild-caught seafood. In our kitchen, we make every item fresh in-house daily. Every sauce and stock is made in small quantities, fresh every day, and never frozen. Furthermore, the meats we source are from farms dedicated to sustainability, free-range eating or wild-caught, no-antibiotics, or hormones. Our plates always feature a protein that's more enjoyable to eat, nutritious for you, and better for the environment.

We take seriously any reports of discriminatory remarks made to our staff, and we reserve the right to refuse service to those who mistreat our staff and our other guests.

Unfortunately, we recently had an incident where our employees reported to management a pattern of unacceptable behavior from a group of individuals over numerous occasions.

After internally interviewing our staff and receiving written details of the remarks, management made the decision to refuse service to these individual guests. We have reviewed this matter carefully, addressed it directly with those involved, and considered the matter addressed.

Our responsibility is to our employees and guests, as we hope to create a respectful environment at The Terrace.

We firmly stand behind our team. We will continue to welcome guests, groups, and community gatherings at the property. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone when conduct toward employees and guests violates the standards we expect in our business.
