Seeing as how he came from a family of nine siblings, food played an important part in his life. Franco settled in Long Island and working with Umberto’s Pizza and Restaurant in Patchogue broadened his skills as a chef. In 1992 Franco and his wife Fiorella, along with their two sons, Jack and Franco Jr., moved to Boca Raton where Franco had been a chef for Renzo’s of Boca for 14 years. Fiorella, a

lso in the food business with Cheney Brothers (CBI), the largest independent food distributor in Florida, as a consultant and sales representative for 10 years to the food industry, specifically restaurants, added a great front of the house expertise along with those of her husband, a great Italian chef. Now Franco and Fiorella have united to bring the best in Italian cuisine and home style atmosphere to Fiorella, a unique Italian dining experience. The Guardascione Family

To all of our loyal customers. We will be closing temporarily September 13-26 for renovations. We will be partially open starting Monday September 27 for normal business hours. Just want to thank all of our loyal customers for your continuous love and support through these difficult times. It is much appreciated and we could not have made it though this without your support! Our bar is now open as we continue to practice social distancing and a safe and healthy atmosphere. Also Mr. Ron is back to preforming every Sunday night from 6-9 pm in our outdoor tent! Please come and enjoy the fun!
