HAPPY FRIDAY BC's FAMILY!!!
Father's Day weekend is upon us, and we are ready to serve!

Starting with our Tomato Caprese. Light and refreshing to get the taste buds going.
Tony Family Farm's Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil Lemon Olive Oil, topped with Balsamic Reduction.

Our Bison Meatloaf received so many great reviews that we've decided to give you all another chance to indulge this week.
Served with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Market Vegetables, & our Chipotle BBQ Sauce.

Nothing says "Happy Father's Day" like a good T-Bone Steak.
Our T-Bone is served with Roasted Red Potatoes, Market Vegetables & topped with Cowboy Butter.
