Well here it is everyone :(
We have been trying to figure a way that we didn't have to do this but we just can't find a way.
I had some heart issues again and had us close the restaurant for a few days which normally wouldn't have been a big thing but this time it was bad timing.
A lot of our customers know that we restock daily because we'll we're not rich lol but what hurt us was having to toss our food because of Milton. We had just fully restocked and then we lost everything. We tried getting help from FEMA but ya.. and then we were trying to get back on our feet and we had a few slow weeks because everyone was hurting from Milton and then I had my heart issues which seemed to set the nails to our coffin. We got to a point where we couldn't restock and pay bills. We have received so much love and help from our customers and it truly kills us but we are no longer able to open.
We are contacting the health inspector to see what we can do to continue catering because we have a lot of customers that cannot get out and get food or just can't afford to have a nice meal and we don't wanna leave them hanging and the small business we cater for as well.
The worst part of us loosing our small restaurant isn't the money or having a family business it's loosing the customers that have supported us with so much love.
We will always miss the chit chats we all had ❤️ 😭
