It’s hot! We have the AC blasting, cold drinks and we made tropical ceviche to cool down. Our ceviche is made with marinated shrimp, mango, avocado, cucumber, tomato, jalapeño and coconut milk. It’s refreshing and goes perfectly with our carrot habanero salsa 🫡
