Old Riverside Pavilion opened in 2010 under the Proprietorship of Niels Lausten. It quickly became the "place to go" in Lake Lure, for not only it's residents, but for many of its over 49,000 estimated visitors a year to the Hickory Nut Gorge Visitors Center.
