This is Doris 🤍
She’s not doing well in the shelter.
The noise, the movement, the unfamiliar faces… it’s all just too much for her. So she does the only thing she knows how to do: she makes herself small and hopes to disappear.
But Doris isn’t broken. She’s just scared.
Underneath that fear is a gentle little dog who needs a quiet place and someone patient enough to show her she’s safe again.
