Direct heat is the way I love cooking chicken. A little bit of wood smoke, chargrilled chicken, in my opinion, is better than smoked chicken.

BUT...there's only one way to find out!!!

GUESS WHO'S BACK?!?!

It's been too long! Forgive us. We have missed yall!!!
The weather has been crazy, the holidays have passed, and....we have been working on a new recipe 👀

This weekend, we are doing a small catering.
Brisket, pork butt, homemade sausage and direct heat chicken for tomorrow's event!

We hope to see yall soon for our next plate sale! Stay tuned for the next date!!!
