🌅 New Sunset Menu Additions! 🚨

Oxido is excited to bring you three new composed platos to our Sunset Especiales menu. These platos are priced starting at $16 and are available daily from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on our patio, in the cantina  or in the dining room.

Once you’ve settled in with a complimentary fresh-baked cornbread, choose your favorite plato!

- Two Enchiladas Divorciadas: one with a red chili shredded beef filling and the other with a green chili chicken tinga filling. Each enchilada is topped with smoked queso fresco, accompanied by rice and beans.

- Two Baja Battered Shrimp Tacos: filled with crispy Baja battered shrimp. These tacos are topped with cabbage, salsa, lime crema, pico de gallo, rice, and beans.

- Oxido Protein Plato: Choose from two options: Carne Asada or Pollo al Pastor. Each protein is accompanied by roasted yams, black beans, green rice, shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and guacamole. This dish is prepared without seed oil and provides a satisfying 50-80 grams of protein.

These techniques mean nothing if the ingredients are not real. At Oxido we take the ingredients very serious and go to great lengths to source and assure our tortillas are not made with genetically modified organisms, not sprayed with glyphosates and are made from real grain!

Tagliolini Boloñesa – Albondigas, Chili Oil, Aged Queso

the Spaniards brought wheat cultivation and tradition to Mexico in the 1500’s.
fast forward to the 19th century where Mexican kitchens adapted wheat into noodles and cooked them with rich tomatoes, chilis and broth, seasoning them with local ingredients and fresh cheeses.

this dish is a classic example of that fusion
