Enchilada Suizas

two enchiladas hand rolled on organic blue corn tortillas stuffed with creamy mashed potatoes, shredded chicken and lots of smoked queso fresco - topped with salsa blanca, salsa roja, mexican crema and more cheese

The name translates to “Swiss Enchiladas,” a nod to the use of dairy, cream and cheese - introduced by Swiss immigrants who helped establish the dairy industries in Mexico.
