Now Available @ Rusty's Modern Diner.
Pre-Cooked Brisket ready for you to Heat up with your Sous Vide and serve to your family or guests. Briskets are a 10lb average and will serve approximately 20 people.
Perfect for Camping or Glamping, let us take the work out of having to cook up these delicious Briskets.

We also have Smoked Mac & Cheese as well as Smoked Baked Beans also serve approx 20 people

Briskets and Side dishes will come refrigerated or can come frozen on request.

Please place orders by Monday 12:00 noon, to give is ample time to prepare your meal by the pick up time. We also carry a couple Briskets on Hand weekly above what folks may order, but remember they are first come first serve, so if your are needing one don't wait.
