We wanted to share a little update on our progress as we work toward opening our new home for Caffè Vero.
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes every day getting everything set up and ready to welcome you. Transforming a former hardware store into a restaurant and café is a much bigger project than it may look from the outside — from building new infrastructure, to moving and installing specialty equipment like our coffee roaster, to making sure every detail is done properly and safely.
A project like this takes time, but we’re incredibly excited watching it all come together piece by piece. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, encouragement, and support throughout this process. We can’t wait to open our doors and share the finished space with you soon.
