Ingredients:
🥚 10 egg yolks
🍋 4 oz fresh lemon juice
🧈 2 lbs butter (not clarified)
🌿 2 tbsp tarragon reduction
🌶️ 1 tsp cayenne pepper sauce
🧂 Salt, to taste

Tarragon Reduction:
🌿 1 cup tarragon (dried or fresh)
🍎 2 cups apple cider vinegar
🧅 2 finely chopped shallots

Authentic Greek Dressing Recipe

✨ Perfect for Greek salads, chicken, fish, ribs, and more! This restaurant-favorite dressing is a tangy, creamy masterpiece that:
🍋 Delivers a bright, zesty kick balanced with just the right amount of acidity.
🌿 Offers a fresh, herbaceous flavor that’s rich and vibrant.
🧄 Brings a bold depth of savory goodness with a smooth, luxurious texture.
🥄 Stays perfectly emulsified, making every drizzle as rich as the first bite.

Ingredients:

1 shallot, diced
20 cloves of garlic, peeled
3 oz homemade mayonnaise (made with avocado or olive oil)
3 oz French Dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
3 oz house seasoning (or substitute with 2–3 tbsp kosher salt, to taste)
3 oz dried Mediterranean oregano
(Note: Avoid Mexican oregano, as it is more bitter.)
1/4 cup fresh parsley and dill, finely chopped
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 quart olive oil

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while blending until the dressing is emulsified and creamy.
