Currently serving Southern Orange County out of Break Of Dawn restaurant in Laguna Hills. Chef Doki hand selects all his fish and uses his highly skilled techniques in the curing process to deliver the best tasting sushi in town. All the sauces and ingredients are hand made and are carefully thought out to create each dish for a unique flavor. Come by and ask about the "Doki Special" (prix fixe custom head chef meal) for a unique sushi experience.

Dear friends

BoD RAW journey has come to an end and I can not express my emotions of great fulness and gratitude to each and everyone of you.

First of all, Dee Nguyen thank you so much for opening up your kitchen, helping me on this project, enduring and having patience with me. I am deeply grateful for your generosity and trust and can't thank you enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

To all of you who came out to support Dee and I, I thank you for making all of this that much worthwhile. Seeing your faces reminds me why I cook and to keep learning more to see those smiles.

Please pray for me on my new adventures to come and hope to stand in front of you once again very soon.
