Welcome to Brizio Italian Kitchen, a family-owned Italian restaurant in Lake Forest, CA, where we’ve been delighting customers with authentic pizza, pasta, and Italian favorites for over 40 years. Being an Iranian immigrant I had to support myself throughout my education and what better job than restaurants that can accommodate my school hours and mostly allow me to continue my high school and col

lege after school. I guess I grow into the restaurant business and liked it more and more specifically in the pizza restaurant. After getting married, we decided to open our own pizza restaurant in Lake Forest California in September of 2013. My wife and my two daughters have been a big supporter and have helped throughout some of the roughest part of our business operations specifically during the Covid. One of our main success factors have been that we are very customer oriented and believe that our customers are our number one priority. Before opening Brizio pizza we had a great recipe for our pizza dough and decided to make our dough fresh daily and try to use the freshest and top of the line ingredients for example using local farm raised vegetables. Lastly, our other focus was keeping our pizza restaurant clean at all time and create a very friendly, homely environment for our guests.
