We were delighted to support Bill's Wish this past weekend. Such a great cause and a bang up lineup of musicians!

Minnesota in October: hoodie in the morning, shorts by lunch, jacket by dinner. 😂

We don’t know what season it is either… so we’re just going to keep shaving ice. 🍧🔥❄️

Happy Friday, Minnesota!

🇺🇸🚑🍧 Fire & Ice is proud to be part of Carry the Light this Saturday!

As a veteran-owned business, this one means a little more to us. We’ll have our converted shaved ice ambulance at Bill's Wish Carry the Light — A Celebration of Life for MN Veteran Su***de Prevention & Awareness Day at the Forest Lake American Legion.

This is a family-friendly event supporting an incredibly important mission, with a LOT happening throughout the day:

🍻 Free B**r and Mug for Veterans - All Day!

🎶 LIVE MUSIC
• 3–6 PM — Ryan Sullivan
• 6–9 PM — TIM SIGLER
• 9 PM–Close — Fresh Pint Entertainment and Mobile Bar

🎈 FOR THE KIDS
• Face painting
• Balloons
• Pumpkin carving
• Their own kids DJ!

🇺🇸 Plus a T-2 Texan flyover, veteran resource tables, raffles, food trucks and more.

And of course, look for the Fire & Ice ambulance serving up shaved ice! 🚑🍧

📅 Saturday, October 3
⏰ 3–11 PM
📍 Forest Lake American Legion — 355 W Broadway Ave

Proceeds from the fundraising event support local veterans in need of mental and chemical health treatment as part of the effort to reduce veteran su***de.

Come hungry, bring the kids, listen to some great live music and spend the day supporting Minnesota veterans. We’re grateful to have the opportunity to be a small part of it. 🇺🇸❤️

🍧 The Lake Elmo + gummy bears = STILL kid approved. 😎🙌

Cold, colorful, loaded with gummies… and apparently worth every bite. 😂

🔥❄️ Fire & Ice — putting smiles on faces one shaved ice at a time.

🚒🔥 What a night at the Lake Elmo Fire Department Open House! 🔥🍧

We had an absolute blast serving up shaved ice, hot dogs and brats alongside our local first responders. The turnout was fantastic, and it was great seeing so many families come out to meet the firefighters, check out the trucks and enjoy everything the evening had to offer.

A huge thank you to the Lake Elmo Fire Department for inviting Fire & Ice to be part of it! We’re incredibly appreciative of the support we continue to receive from our hometown community. ❤️

And thank you to everyone who stopped by the ambulance, grabbed a treat, said hello, or chatted with us about what’s coming with Tap & Ladder. We loved being part of such a fun community night!

🚑🔥❄️ Until the next call…

🚒🔥 We’re heading to the Lake Elmo Fire Department Open House! 🔥🚑

Fire & Ice will be joining our local firefighters, sheriff’s deputies and Lakeview EMS for a night of demonstrations, activities, giveaways and plenty of fun for the kids!

With all the FREE treats and giveaways happening at the Open House, we’ll be running a slightly smaller menu—but the important stuff isn’t going anywhere. 😎

🍧 Shaved Ice
🌭 Hot Dogs
🔥 Brats
🎁 Free goodies for the kids!

And since this event is especially close to our hearts, we’ll also have a Tap & Ladder information booth set up. Stop by, say hello and see what we have planned for bringing new life to Lake Elmo’s former fire station! 🚒🍻

📅 Monday, September 28
⏰ 4:00–8:00 PM
📍 Lake Elmo Fire Department — 3880 Laverne Ave N

Come meet the people who help keep our community safe, check out the fire trucks, watch the demonstrations—and swing by the ambulance to see us!

🔥❄️ Fire & Ice — we’ll bring the other kind of emergency vehicle. 🚑😂
