Hello everyone! 👋

We just wanted to stop by with a quick update on Josefina's in Red Wing because we know many of you are just as excited and anxiously awaiting our opening as we are!

Construction is moving a little slower than we'd hoped, so we still don't have an official opening date to share. Since Josefina's is being built in a space that wasn't previously a restaurant, there is a lot involved in transforming it into the dining experience we envision. We truly appreciate your patience as we work through this process.

If you haven't already, we'd love for you to follow our new Josefina's Bistro page! For now, we'll continue sharing updates on both the Off the Rails Bistro and Josefina's Bistro pages, so you won't miss any news along the way.

Thank you all for your continued support, encouragement, and patience. We can't wait to welcome you through our doors and share everything we've been working so hard to create. It will be worth the wait! ❤️

Good afternoon OTR friends!! ☀️

We wanted to bring you all a little update on what’s happening in Red Wing!! 🛠️✨

Things are moving along with the remodel at the new home of Josefina’s Bistro, and we are getting more and more excited every day! 🍽️ We don’t have an official opening date or exact timeline just yet, but we wanted you to know we are anxiously awaiting the space to be ready so we can welcome you all back and serve the delicious food you loved at OTR, along with some exciting new menu items as well!! ❤️✨

Thank you all for your patience, support, and excitement as we work through this next chapter. We can’t wait to share more updates with you soon!

Be sure to continue following us for all the latest news, and we will let you know as soon as the new Josefina’s Bistro Facebook, Instagram, and website are up and running! 📲✨

We want to thank each and every one of you for your support throughout the past year. Your kindness, friendship, and support have meant the world to us, and we will definitely miss this amazing community. 🫶

While it's bittersweet to say goodbye, we're excited for the next chapter and hope to see all of you at Josefina's Bistro when we open our doors in Red Wing! 🍽️✨

With that being said, we're OPEN TONIGHT from 4:00–8:00 PM with our full menu and our popular Seafood Pasta special! 🦐🍝 Be sure to stop in for one of your favorite menu items one last time.
