Every day, month and year our lives keep getting busier and busier. We take less time to cook for ourselves, and less time to eat properly cooked food from scratch. Wisma provides the perfect solution for those 2-3 times a week when we don’t have time to prep and cook our meals, but we cannot afford or do not have time to go out to eat. Everything we do is from scratch. We make all of our own sauc
es, dressings, salads, pastas, sandwiches, entrees, and even desserts and ice cream. We use honest, natural ingredients, with nothing ever artificial, processed, covered in corn syrup, etc. Every one of our ingredients can be pronounced by a 6 year old. We also do not use any preseritives and nothing is ever frozen (except for the ice cream). We feature foodstuffs only when in season, and as much as humanly possible they are either locally grown, organic, or sustainable. So you will not see fresh asparagus and tomatoes on our menus in December and January. When we have some of our artisan friends make some items for us, they follow the very same strict standards we do. Such as all of our fresh bread from Red Hen Bakery, our Charcuterie from Olli that uses Becker Lane Organic Pork, and all of our cheeses that are produced in an old-world style and tradition with organic milks. Our stores are built using 100% reclaimed and recycled materials, from our seating areas to the fridges that house our amazing cuisine, all is re-used. Our utensils and bags are made from renewable or recycled contents, and our carry out containers are recyclable, re-usable, microwave and dishwasher safe, and feezeable. You have our word we will provide you with honest cuisine, prepared by a horde of professional chefs in a clean and safe environment in the most honored traditions of fine cookery. And we will do it well with great tasting food, friendly service, and at a cost so affordable you can’t do it for less at home.
