As I have an extra case of pork loin from a recent catering, I can make a LOT of Broasted Pork Chops!

Thursday and Friday only, a 10-12 oz chop dinner for just $13.95, dine in or takeout!

Watch for a take and heat promo on Saturday and Sunday.

WE WILL OFFER BROASTED CHICKEN SUNDAY 10: 30 to 12: 30 as we do most Fathers Days.

Details tomorrow, and this should be preordered by Saturday night if at all possible.

Fun fact: of all the burgers we sell, less than 10% are basic. Most have cheese, bacon, or mushrooms in them.

Our catering service has been swamped this week. Give us a call if you have a group, whether a wedding, family gathering, corporate gathering or a neighborhood party. We can do some of it or we can do it all.

Today the area community mourns and celebrates the life of life long resident Chris Nibbe that ended way too early.

Chris started working for us at a very young age and worked throughout high school, quickly establishing himself as a hard worker and valuable employee. Although Chris was very active in high school events, free time was spent with us. He was a super fun guy to have around. I still remember when John and Pam thought he was missing out on too much and grounded him from work for a few weeks so he could get out to socialize more...

He didn't end up in the food business, but sure made a name for himself In the construction business.

We offer our condolences to Nycole and family, John and Pam, Luke and Amy and family and Laura and family for their loss, along with the void created within the rest of our community.

RIP Chris!
