Dad: “Yeah but not GOOD food.”

Our grill menu might not suit you. Some people don’t care for coney dogs, quarter pound burgers, BLTs, grilled cheeses, beer-bettered curds, tots, or fried pickles. That’s a matter of taste and an opinion you’re allowed to have.

BUT don’t dismiss our food just because we primarily sell ice cream. Give the Corner grill a try before deciding to eat elsewhere. You might be missing out.

In 1904 at the Louisiana Purchase Exposition (a/k/a St. Louis World's Fair) the public was introduced to Dr. Pepper.

Visitors to the eight-month-long showcase were also able to try, likely for their first time, baked cones filled with ice cream, hamburger sandwiches, peanut butter, and sliced rolls for holding German “hot dog” sausages.

122 years later you can find all those amazing foods every day in Lake Ann at Corner Cone.

Key Limes, the "key" part of making Key Lime Pie, are associated with the Florida Keys but most are actually grown in Mexico, Texas, and South America. None are grown in Michigan.

BUT we have Key Lime juice, which makes a terrific Key Lime Pie Shake and goes great in a Limeade or Leelanau Cherry Limeade slush.

It's like air conditioning for your insides on a hot Saturday afternoon.
