Another sad but fun day. Little yauie is off to college to go do some bad ass flag football. But just like her sister who we love having at hapas, im sure well see her again for seasonal breaks. Have fun, study hard, and play harder.

Definitely a sad day. My right hand man is moving on to a new chapter in life. Shes grown so much from her first day starting and knowing nothing of sushi, to being the person holding it down everyday. Making sushi, poke, nigiri, sashimi and everything else. Handling wedding events of 200-300+ people and pulling through everytime. Never a dull moment and we always made sure the laughs were plentiful while we worked, especially the 14hr workshifts that would break her back and weaken the ankles. 🎀Kalua Meilani Kalili🎀 we wish you nothing but the best in your new ventures. You will be missed. Thank you so much for everything you've done and all the help you've done.

Welp, finally got it all done. Not too bad for some hand cut lettering. Hopefully this helps with us being a little bit hidden here amongst other issues we constantly keep encountering. But we keep on trekking and putting out the good food you all love and support so much. See you soon.

If you haven't heard yet, for the ENTIRE month of July, PCC and the Hukilau Marketplace is open on Wednesdays. Its actually every year this happens. So come on down and grab some of your favorite sushi or poke.

Sorry, been a lil MIA. We've had a bunch of things going on lately and just haven't had time to update on everything. Systems changing, events happening, and the never ending projects. Here's a lil project thats being worked on for better signage at Hapas. A little stenciling, jigsaw work and some quick sanding. Don't have a router, nor have i worked with one before, so this is what we got. Primer and paint happening next.

This one definitely hurts the second time around, but always happy and supportive for their new ventures. Teuilas last day with us at Hapas again, lol. This girl came here with no work experience at all and has literally raised the standard of whats expected of a cashier. She wasn't just a cashier, but made all of the poke bowls and did a lot of prepping also. Beyond thankful for everything shes done to help us take Hapas to higher standards. Best of wishes

I apologize. I forgot that I only posted this on my personal page. But tonight and tomorrow we are doing a dinner date sushi night at the counter only. 2 seats either 5-6pm or 6-7pm. Everything plated and not in to go containers. Full menu and then off menu specials thats only available through this dinner. Dm or call to see if the time you want is available. Tomorrow is the last night this is available.
