Plan to be in Lahaina on Saturday, June 17th. It's parade day!
Na Kamehameha Commemorative Pau Parade & Hoolaulea is an annual event to commemorate the Alii Nui Kamehameha I and his illustrious ohana.
Hoolaulea opens at 9am under the Banyan Tree and continues from 9am-5pm and will feature hula, Hawaiian music, food, keiki activities, exhibits, crafters and artisans. Pau Parade begins at 9:45am. There will be various commentary stations along Front Street at Longhi's, Kimo's, Cheeseburger In Paradise, Lahaina Pizza Co., Baldwin House Museum and the Wharf Center so get set up near one of those for the best experience.
And when the parade is finished and you've enjoyed enough of the downtown festivities, get some relief from the heat of the day and join us for lunch. We open at noon and walk-ins are welcome.
