Aloha TeaZenTea family 🌺
TeaZenTea Maui began on one of the most unforgettable and heartbreaking days our island has ever known—we opened our doors on the day of the Lahaina fire in 2023. In the midst of uncertainty, loss, and heaviness, we chose to create a space filled with sweetness, comfort, and community. We never imagined how much this little shop would grow into a place of connection, celebration, and love.
The journey has not been easy. Running a small business, especially during such a challenging time for Maui, came with many obstacles. But through it all, you showed up. You came in for boba dates, family outings, after-school treats, community events, fundraisers, celebrations, and everyday moments. You shared your stories, your smiles, your tears, and your aloha with us—and we will forever be grateful for that.
We want to say a huge mahalo to our incredible TeaZenTea team—our staff who poured their hearts into every drink, every customer interaction, and every event. You brought joy, kindness, and energy into this space, and we are so thankful for each of you. This journey would not have been possible without your hard work, love, and dedication.
To our customers, community partners, and everyone who supported us—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for believing in us, supporting local, and letting us be part of your Maui memories.
With hearts full of gratitude, we share that TeaZenTea Maui will be closing, with our last day at our Whalers Village location in Lahaina on February 1st. This isn’t goodbye—it’s just the end of this chapter and the beginning of something new.
